Arrived in town on 11-25-17 and found this absolutely wonderful place called Ralph and Kacoos. My boyfriend and I had a delightful and peaceful and delicious dinner. Angie, our server, could not have been any better to us. The food was divine and the service was unbelievable. Thank you so much for making our first night in Shreveport memorable.
We ate there last night with a party of about 15. We had Excellent service. We tried the appetizers and they were really good. I tried the gumbo which I thought was delicious. I will definitely have that again. My husband got the crayfish dish. He really liked it. I have a stuffed shrimp that I also liked. We will definitely be going back again
Excellent food and superior service!! We had charbroiled oysters, crab cake, crawfish ettoufee, seafood gumbo, and deep fried bread pudding. Mario was our server and did an incredible job. We are new to oysters and he was even so cool to bring 2 raw out to us and even show us the proper technique with sauce, lemon, and cracker. I'm overwhelmed at how great of an experience this was!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!
I'm from Dallas and every time I visit Shreveport I eat here! I've never had a bad meal or customer service! Our server this go around was Amber and she was the sweetest! The rich comfort seafood is flavorful and the atmosphere is nice and cozy!
Had a Christmas social tonight at this restaurant. The food and the service was excellent. This is one of my favorite places to eat. Highly recommend you stop by for a meal.
