When my meal quickly came out, the portion size was the same as before, half the amount pictured. But it did come out quickly, & tasted great.
One of my favorite places! I had ordered the Chicken friend Steak meal last month. It came out quickly, with mashed potatoes which were real, not powdered fluff, tasted great! The serving of broccoli was less than half the size pictured in the menu though. I felt it was skimpy.
It was great. They always get my order just the way I like it. Good, quick friendly service. Prices good too.
I've never given a 1 star review, but this location is horrible. Hostess never greeted us, no smile, no how are you, no how many? 3 minutes after we were seated, I started the timer on my phone, 10 minutes later we left. 3 different servers walked by our table and never acknowledged us. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Oh, and I forgot to mention the banana slices left under the table.
Today I ordered the same meal at another location. I told the waitress about the small serving of broccoli I received at the previous restarunt, as compared to the picture in the menu. She said they are only allowed to 3 oz on the plate. I really doubt they weigh, or measure portion sizes, but however it's done, it should reflect what the customer sees in the menu.
Ordered steak and eggs. Everything was cooked as ordered. Waitress: Carly K was very attentive to not only me but all customers in her section. Great experience every time I come in.
An extra star for generally very friendly service. Often not too crowded, and now you can order online and pick up. Great for home and hotels located nearby. All of the food is ok, and some is better. Pay online too. Yes, definately better than fast food, and just about as fast if you order ahead.
