Very good and very fast service food was excellent
Not to mention there were at least 5 tables that had previous customer's crumbs on them that didn't get cleaned until we started to leave.

2) There was only one fryer running. This was also nice to know five minutes after we completed an order that included two fried items.
The food was not tasty at all. Also found a hair in the loaded curly fries. The AC was out and the place smelled . Should have ran out of the place when the costumer before me returned his sliders ; after he informed them that he teaches a servesafe course and is pretty sure that the bread was old and unsafe to eat. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. But in all honesty I wouldn't recommend anyone eating here.

Food was decent. Expected stuff from Arby's. My problem is with a cashier named Rebecca who failed to inform us before completing our orders of 2 things:
Also, I definitely heard this cashier turn around and say, "What?" to somebody who walked up to the register after eating to ask for a box. After bringing out our food, she also sat near a table next to ours, tied her shoe, then got up and began complaining to us about this "day of firsts" including the fryer and shake machines breaking down.
1) Shake machine was down for a bit and wouldn't be working again for about 10 minutes+. This was nice to know five minutes after I completed an order that included a shake.
She also managed to ring both of us up for the wrong shakes; this problem solved itself when the wrong shake for me was the right shake for the person I was with, and we were able to tell the cook who brought out this first wrong shake what it should be so that we both accidentally got the right shakes.
