Honestly was really impressed by this location. There was a lot of people working. Front desk was super fast, when there was an issue on one of the games, there was someone available to ask. When we were getting prizes, there were enough people to help multiple guests. The place was generally clean.
Almost seems like it's on its last leg. I think all of them are. Very crowded, a lot of games don't work, and it's expensive. I guess you have to be 10 and under to overlook that stuff. To be fair to this one, it's no different than any other one I've taken my kids to
