Food was good...we ordered the "build your own appetizer" with Wonton Tacos, boneless wings, cheese sticks, and chips & salsa. The sauce on the Boneless Wings was not the one we ordered but we ate it anyway. We also each got a soup, the chicken tortilla and the tomato basil, which was tasty. However the "Perfect Margarita" was bad, we both ordered one. What should have been an excellent drink because it started with all top-shelf ingredients, tasted like lemonade. My husband and I were surprised because normally the drinks at Applebee's (in other locations we have visited) are really good. I asked the bartender exactly what they put in the drink and they showed me everything they put in it. The ratios must not have been measured out correctly because it was mostly sweet & sour mix. However our waitress fixed the drink by adding an extra shot of 1800 Reposado to each of our drinks to "help" it...then they tasted a little more like a margarita. Oh well...not all bartenders are the same but it truly felt like we were getting ripped off on the alcohol, like maybe we wouldn't notice.
Service was a little slow. Waiter wasted tea on my purse. Food was good, except for the spinach and artichoke dip. It was too salty. Restroom was totally polluted.
My Mom asked specifically if the onion rings were made there, the waitress assured us that they were. That was obviously a lie. We also asked if the chicken strips were fresh or frozen, was again assured they were fresh... another lie. Decided not to even try any dessert, couldn't take another lie. Overall a disappointment
Should be a half of a star at best. Steak like a boot and tasted worse. Didn't have the side I ordered brought out baked potato over cooked and dry. When I asked for another one
