Great location and great room. Everything is clean and modern. Decent prices that can fluctuate depending on events at the casino next door.
I'm not sure how this place doesn't have 5 out of 5 stars. I have traveled with my family many many times and had stopped staying in Hotels because of bad experiences. Spring Hill changed our view. Literally from the moment we walked in Friday night around midnight and were greeted by 3 very helpful employees to meeting Delores in house keeping who brought us towels and cleaned our room Sunday night then went out of her way to find my daughter some crayons.
The breakfast bar is really good the food is hot and fresh. All of the staff is very helpful. If we travel back to this area we will stay here again
Nice clean hotel and room. Arrived at midnight and Angie was so very cheery and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected.
Didn't stay overnight, but visited my sister there. She stayed in a suite that was very nice. They looked like they had good breakfast too.
At first it was a real nice place. Looked clean and friendly people, nice breakfast buffet. Then someone saw a roach in the room. Not the end of the world, but don't have any food in your luggage or you risk taking them home.
