This hotel is as nasty as the manager Martha O's attitude. I left a bag there with 2 important prescriptions which where narcotics and mysteriously the staff never reported or turned it in. Call to speak with a professional manager and got a nasty attitude instead. Don't spend your money here go somewhere if you forget something important its return.
All the rooms smell funny, and some need to be updated/renovated. Other than that not too shabby!
When I booked the room, I had assumed that since the website said they had fully stocked kitchens, I didnt take any pots and pans to cook with. Guess what? YES!! The manger let me use two pans. I'm telling you she is awesome!! If we are ever in Shreveport again, we will definitely be staying here!!!
Location isnt too bad, its near i20. Some rooms have more furniture than others. Some nonsmoking rooms smell like stale smoke. The customer service people are super nice and accommodating.
My husband was sent to Shreveport for a job, and we stayed here at the Crossland. Best choice I made. The manager is awesome, and very helpful. We were here for about ten days. Our first week we were put in 3rd floor room due to the fact we're both smokers. Thank goodness they have an elevator. When it came time to pay for our 2nd week, I asked to be moved to the bottom floor to a room that had a bigger bed, as our first room was a full size bed and it was very uncomfortable with two people. The manager moved us to a bottom floor, queen size bed with no problems at all. Ask and you shall receive here.
