The hotel is near a processing center that smells very bad. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Management sucks!! There's no manager on duty when you need them Or maintenance if you have any issues. It smells like sewage. They don't deserve one star. I usually don't rate hotel, restaurants, stores, etc. But if someone would have provided me some insight about the smell of the hotel around 1:00am in the morning I would not have booked it. Don't let the scent from the lobby fool you. Believe me it stinks after you go pass the lobby. I hope this helps.
Stayed in room 158 on the first floor which had double queen beds. The hotel is right by the boardwalk for a short journey which was a plus, but the hotel is also right next to an active train track. Room was big and good beds. We had some bugs in the room which included a spider and fire ants in the bathroom. Wall outlets for charging were loose. Could not use the outlets next to the bed lights because the prongs on my phone charger would fall out.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. On the Louisiana Boardwalk. Great location. Spacious room. Beautiful lobby area with large screen TV and small cafe. Great choice if you are in the Bossier-Shreveport area!
Super nice hotel perfect location for shopping and gambling. The most comfortable beds. My only complaint is no complimentary breakfast
On the board walk. My room overlooks the Merry go round then out onto the Red River. The room was great. The price reasonable. The pool and hot tub last night was a nice experience before returning to the room.
