I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here not to mention the front desk was positive friendly and helpful......being here made my stay in bossier easy thanks I'll only be staying here when I come in town it's like home here it feels like an apartment beautiful clean rooms
Housekeeping isn't good at all. Laundry facilities are worthless and I run out of towels every two days. And things have been coming up missing in my room. Not happy
I was able to do an hour early check in. The room was definitely cleaned properly. I didn't like hearing the traffic from the interstate the entire time. The hotel is right beside a popular club. I couldn't hear the club but I could hear rowdy parties above us during the night. We called the front desk who in turn called the room to lower their nose. The breakfast was less than average.
It was decent nothing to spectacular but a good price and mostly clean. Staff was nice. It is kind of old but the whole town seems old.
I have stayed their a few times and the staff is friendly. I also enjoyed my meals their to. My room was nice and I enjoyed having a full kitchen. The location is in a good place. I also liked the peace and quiet their. I didn't hear loud music or people arguing like you do at most places.
