Had a wonderful two day stay. Excellent staff with warm welcome. Excellent rooms and the food amazing. Very neat and clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Bossier City and Shreveport Louisiana area. My family and I will be back on our next visit. Love it, love it, love it....
A wonderful experience from check in to departure. Friendly staff, good restaurant and bar, very clean and nice decor. After a long day on the road, we were grateful for the restaurant within the hotel. A+
Beautiful lobby and dining area upon entry. Rooms are CLEAN with microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine. They give you 2 bottled waters at check-in...you can chill them in your mini fridge! Plenty of bathroom linens with soaps, but no extra amenities there. If you are at liberty, sleep in bc check out is at noon vs 11am, a huge plus for us.
My first trip to Shreveport area started with check in at the Hilton Garden. Our room was ready and check in was simple and fast. The special accommodations request were done. We reserved a suite and to our surprise the room far exceeded our expectations. There was separate living and bedroom areas, the living room had a small wet bar, 1 1/2 bathrooms. separate bath and shower in the main bathroom. The king bed was really comfortable. Overall negative l the room and service was great. The only negative experience was the maid left the civers outside the door of the room and they were never picked up but one call to the front desk someone came right p and got them. This will be our go to hotel in the Shreveport area.
We attended a company event held at this location as well as staying overnight. The staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The grounds were nicely kept and attractive. My only complaint is that the room stayed very warm, despite lowering the thermostat. The room was tidy. The bed was a little firm for my taste, but would stay again if needed.
