Thank you for being so efficient in fixing my brand new car! Your office staff's professionalism goes a long way! Everyone was most helpful, friendly. I think my favorite part was the daily texts I received updating me on the progress. Some had me in full laughing mode.

They wouldn't let me make an appt to bring my car in for hail damage. If these people work with my insurance company, then they should be able to get the report from progressive. I work and couldn't get the report they needed. I was willing to bring the report when I arrived with my car. However, they didn't want to do that. It's a report. Guess they don't need business. I will take my business to someone who will work with me.
In my experience with car repair in the Shreveport/ Bossier area, I have never been fully satisfied with the job completed. You and your colleagues have given me every reason to want to come back for future services(although I hope I don't have too) and to also spread a positive message with your name among my friends around town.

I just picked up my car from being repaired in your body shop today, and wanted to report how extremely satisfied I was with the way CBS Collision takes care of business!
They do not take responsibility for damages they do to your car. They will tell you it was already damage so if you going to use them take pictures of your car before you drop it off. The guy In the back was so rude how can you speak to your customers like this and if you come in and sign a agreement to have your work done and change your mind the will make you pay they claim for restocking fee but that will be probably more than what they are going to charge to do the work so be careful not to sign the agreement until you are really sure you want them to do the work. I hate dealing with businesses that are rude and then the employees want to discuss as if the customer is the problem if I could give 000 stars I would. They come across nice til you tell them they done something wrong. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!
