Beware of this Shop.....On September 2, 2016 I went into the shop for simple maintenance, oil change, lube and the tires rotated and balanced. The mechanic drove my car up on to a front end machine, for those non-mechanics this is the lift that lifts the whole car at one time using all 4 tires. The mechanic then proceeded to use the interior lifts to lift the car by the rear axle and the front lift lifted from the A-frames of the car. To make a long story short a year a half ago I had the lower ball joints replaced and was in perfect working order when this maintenance began. In lifting the front by the A-frames the mechanic compress the tension on the front springs causing the balls join to lift out of the socket and tearing the rubber boots the keeps the water and dirt out in the grease from the lube in. This will happen with any car, even when brand-new. The mechanic continuing to compress the spring until it tore the boots on my ball joints. He then call me out to show me what he called ware, but I am going to call damage as this was a direct result in the way my car was lifted. He wanted an additional $297 to replace these ball joints. All I can say is, beware of the shop and avoid all cost. It is now my word against his and regardless of the condition of my car when it went in, it now needs lower ball joints. I gave this business a 1 star rating only because I could not leave any and still post this review. I will never return to this business. David R.
