No sympathy or care expressed by returning our call to know about his condition. Nice folks so long as your pet is alive and in the clinic. We should of asked about the side effects associated with the antibiotic shot and most likely would of taken another treatment method.

Horrible, our cat had a severe negative reaction to the antibiotic he was administered for an abscess tooth and died the following night. We called and left a message that night (on their after hours number) to ask what we could do about his breathing difficulties but never received a call back.
DON'T EXPECT A COURTESY (CARING) CALL BACK FROM THE STAFF TO SEE HOW YOUR MEMBER OF THE FAMILY IS DOING.
