The pay issue hasn't been fixed. Lol. I called almost 4 hours ago regarding this matter and haven't gotten any response. The vet staff was good. Very sweet to the pups. That's not the issue. This pay issue has costed me almost $100 in other issues and I still have yet to hear from anyone on ya'lls end regarding the $856 that was taken from my account.
We could not have found a better vet in this area! Dr. Daville is amazing! Our GSMD was diagnosed with epilepsy at an early age (7 months) and she helped us to give him the best care possible over his lifetime. He was nearly 10 years old when he crossed the rainbow bridge, which is unheard of for Swissies with epilepsy! We could not have done it without her or the entire team at AAHSC. The entire staff is so kind and has helped us through many emergencies (and good times, too!) with all of our pups. We cannot thank them enough for what they do!

Called the clinic needing a bandage change for my Great Pyr mix for a very serious compound fracture that is potentially infected. Knowing that they were probably one of if not the only clinic open the day after thanksgiving refused to even see him. WORTHLESS! I bet if he just needed a vaccination or something easy, nonplude threatening, they could have handled it ? Totally pissed
Called to get spay & neuter pricing which were $308-375 each. I asked how they justify that pricing while at the same time advocating the importance of it. The vast majority of their clientele which could have been me, CANNOT AFFORD nor should have to pay their hyper inflated pricing. She, the secretary, said your can go elsewhere VERY SNOTTY. That in and of itself was reason enough not to trust them with my babies, especially when they put their greed above values they claim to support.
