I came here because I wasn't satisfied with the vet I was seeing. Really liked Dr. Kinnebrew here! She thoroughly explained options for helping my kitty get over her skin issue! I can't wait to come back, even if it means we try something else. She doesn't seem like a "let's put a bandaid on it" vet; more like a "let's get to the bottom of this" vet
Would not recommend taking fur babies here, they are rude An try to get every penny you got instead of trying to take care of the animal.
I have a sixteen yr old pit bull and I called to make an appointment to have him put to sleep he is sick and hurting and i was put on hold and forgotten and when i called back was treated rudely. I was telling the receptionist wgat was going on and she said hun and put me on hold again.
My furbabies LOVE Banfield Pet Hospital in Bossier City, La and so do my kids and I! The staff is all great with our animals, knows us when we call on the phone, & treat us and the animals like family. They have awesome pet plan choices for low monthly fees that include ALL (unlimited) visits free of charge, all routine care, tests, and vaccines are included in the plan as well as a discount on all other services and medications that may be needed. I love knowing if I have a question or concern I can run the animals to Banfield and have my concerns addressed and put to rest without having to worry about paying for an additional office visit if it isn't a 'major' problem! The puppy plan even includes having the animal 'fixed'! I would never consider taking my animals anywhere else and there is the added bonus of being inside Petsmart so all needed supplies are right there in the same spot also! Also, if you are a first time client, you can print off a coupon online for a free first time exam so you can judge for yourself before paying for anything!
Dr. Wood and the staff have been awesome. My goldendoodle was diagnosed with cancer this week and they have been nothing but supportive and helpful.
