Bought Bluetooth earpiece ($21.91) which I felt didn't have a high volume setting during phone calls. So I tried to exchange it for the same price, different Bluetooth device. Understandable, it's wasn't defective. It does work just wasn't suitable for me.

I was made aware of the "No exchanges". "No refunds " policy. Apparently, after the product was placed in my ear it's no longer sell able for them so I can't exchange it. Therefore, I'm having to struggle along with their product I'm not satisfied with but This MetroPcs is satisfied with my money..
