The are very helpful and know what they are doing. I never have to wait long, and if something comes up unexpected, they let me know right then and there. They are on point of how long it is going to take. I am very grateful that I have a service center that cares. I will always go to this service center.

I have been hearing advertisement for Orr Kia Shreveport on 710Keel radio and decided to drop by the Bossier City location before heading to the Shreveport location to see if I even liked the Kia brand as I have never had a Kia before. I was not planning to purchase a new car at the time, just window shop. I was greeted by Jeff Matzke who was extreme polite, caring and compassionate and did not use any sales pressure tactics on me. I also met with Bobby Smith who was instrumental in getting me the deal I wanted and was right for my budget and I did not have to go to the Shreveport location.
