Very run down. Wish they would start updating the look and feel of it. Maybe if it had more security more people would visit it more.

Honestly it's the only biggest mall in the Shreveport/Bossier area, so you really don't have a choice if you want to go shopping for clothes or what not. It's not a bad mall but the selection of stores are very few. Like someone said it does need an upgrade/facelift somewhat.
