Got there just before opened waited outside the opened 4 minutes late couldnt find anyone to help in shoe department gave up on that went to grab a set of wrenches found what i needed couldnt find anyone to check me out a new employee came out and said he didnt know how to work register and directed me to orher side of store i left the wrenches and walked out. I dont plan on going back.
Needed to exchange shirts my child received as gifts, they were too large. The shirts were on the shelf , had the correct size needed in store. Wouldn’t allow me to swap sizes without a receipt. Would have to hold on to for two years for her to fit them, completely wasted gift. Nobody gives receipts with Christmas gifts !
Worst service I have ever experienced.
I've called 5 times to the Lawn Care center to no avail and I've called twice to the operator. I've been on hold for 15 min. All to try and find out if they have a lawn mower belt! THAT'S IT! I can't get anyone 98.6° and vertical with any resemblance of intelligence to answer a simple question. UPDATE: After 20 min the operator answered the phone again and i finally got a person! A person who can't figure out what the hell in talking about! I JUST NEED A DAMN BELT FOR A YS4500 CRAFTSMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been on hold again for another 5 mins! I've been on hold for over 20 min to find out they would have to order it and he would have to go through "a process" to see how long it would take to get there! I'M DONE WITH THIS! I could've whittled a belt out of wheat and rubber during the time it took me to make this call. I'm done with this location and as soon as I can sell my mower or just buy another one I'm done with Sears and Craftsman! If there was lower than one star that I could rate this experience I would have done so. Pay attention to the rating of this place. It is accurate. It's not just a coincidence that most of the people that shop here, or attempt to shop here, are left with a miserable experience. I genuinely hope corporate takes note of all of the reviews and removes some heads from rear ends at this location. Or at least find somebody that wants a damn job that'll put at least a minimum wage effort into answering questions!
Do not use the vehicle service department, bought shocks with lifetime warranty only to find out they charge labor to replace them and 2 pairs later they originally put on the wrong ones from the beginning. No refund on the labor of the replacement shocks that were wrong. Also bought tires with road hazard warranty but can't fix or replace until the next day, only a nail plug, went to gateway in bossier city and they had it fixed in 15 minutes.
