I'm trying to post Negative stars for the experience I had. I purchased a pair of pants there no problem, left my pair of shoes the and remembered I leftg them. I got to Dillards at 9:10pm and an employee wouldnt bring my shoes to me even though it's not through her store let alone it'd be just good service. Oh wait I'm working in Louisiana and I've learned they must not be taught customer service or have high education. My experience defines the state.
