Poor customer service and bad management. Tone from the top is clear at this store. The store manager is unconcerned about the customers and so are the other employees. I like the salon here but I'll try the Shreveport store.
I usually have a good experience @ Penneys and tonight was no different. It's still one of my favorite stores!
