We can't drive in North Bossier without stopping in here with our daughter. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
My experience (10/22/17)... I just left pretty upset at the piss poor customer service. I spotted a Dareway Scooter marked down to $125, AWESOME PRICE, right. I asked for assistance. The young man that came to "assist" me knew nothing about the product, reason of the low price, or if it comes with a charger. He calls for additional assistance. He asked the question "Why is it marked down?" on the walkie and the male that responded says "It's marked down cos it's marked down." Customer Service??? Oh, okay.
Pitiful they had a tablet on sale but I could not purchase, they put a code in that they could not remember. The manager didn't know and he was the one who put the code in. Thus experience was u professional because I really wanted it was very simple and the cost was reasonable. This tablet should not be out for customerswhen it can't be purchased
Typical toys r us. Lots of selection. Items not priced or in wrong place. No employees on sales floor to help customers. I prefer stand alone toys r us stores that don't include the baby store for personal reasons but that's not their problem lol.
We went yesterday for the Black Friday deals and I was WONDERFUL. The staff was polite, efficient & concise. I have gear rumors of this being closed and I really hope it's just a rumor because going on 2 years running, this was a very pleasant shopping experience. The managers were also very helpful themselves and directed employees in a respectful manner. I would give 10 stars if I could!
