I have been on hold with an employee for 40 mins just to see if they have an item I found online in stock at the store. I didn't realize with today's technology that they can't just type in the product number. Either they have to search the store for it or they have just left me on hold. I hung up called again they placed me another 20 min hold. I hung up called again for the visual manager to tell me they don't have it.
Ordered a coat for my wife and they never shipped it. When I checked on it they had sold out of the item and told me too bad. They really do not care about their customers.

I love the clothes forever 21 has but the store itself is complete and total choas and I can never find anyone that is working there. Nothing it's put back properly and it's a scavenger hunt to find the right piece of clothing.
