Good customer service
I shopped here today l came from out of town the 2 black women that checked me out were NASTY and RUDE. They speak to certain people and treat customers different dependeding on skin color, l will NEVER shop here again they acted like they didnt want to wait on me l can surely take my business elsewhere prices GREAT.,NOT worth putting up with UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEDUCATED, NASTY,RUDE and DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY BOTH SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!

I'm not giving it a one or two because usually this store is really good and I'd give it a 4. I went in and got some shoes that were under the "Take an additional 50% off" sign and went to check out- where I proceeded to wait about 5 minutes for one of the workers to decide to call another worker over, while waiting a cockroach ran out to my foot. When the lady who came checked me out- I realized she was charging me full price for the shoes so I warned her they were under the 50% sign and she scanned and they were BOGO free instead. So I said no problem and went back- triple checking myself to be sure I wasn't mistaken. It was correct so I made sure to grab another pair from the BOGO sign. I brought it up for her and she told me that one was indeed 50% off- so I had to go back a second time. Finally, it was the correct shoe. She was never rude- I warned her they had displays completely wrong. She hadn't opened the store so I don't blame her. It's just obvious this store did not set up their sales accordingly and decided to throw up the signs instead. Usually a decent store... was really disappointed today.
