Boiled shrimp and crab legs on Friday were excellent. Cooks and waiters treated you very well. Food price very reasonable. The manager Mr woody came to visit my table to see if we needed anything. Very nice person.

This is my absolute favorite place to go ......to gamble to eat and to sleep. Friendliest staff members. They are going to take care of u. I highly recommend you go here
Not very happy with Boomtown. 1 no comps at all. 2 we had left over pizza from $125 dinner at 1800 Primehouse and they have not a one microwave and won't reheat for me. 3 the manager that I talked to today was very rude on 12/16/2017 at 4:00 pm. So now I'm eating cold pizza with my free miniature warm water bottles I begged for. I'm mean I've been many other places hotel casinos and you usually get at least a free buffet. Well let me tell you I've dropped about $1000 in the last 24hrs and still paid full price this morning. This was my first time here. Probably my last.
Host Shawn Daugherty is the right person for that job! He is always welcoming and treats you like family. He truly cares for his guests!!
1800 Prime Steakhouse is Fabulous. Ask for waitress Monica. She is amazing!! Food is Fabulous. Kudos to the Chef! You won't leave hungry or disappointed.
I go to Boomtown when my father is in town because he likes to go there sometimes he gets parents is not so great sometimes it is this time it was fine. His slot host Shawn is a truly awesome guy and he's always very concerned about my father and ask about him if I see him somewhere. The other employees who know my father the bartender Reggie and others always ask about my dad as well and how he's doing. The people there seem to really care about their customers that are regulars as well as the ones that just come by. The food is always really good 1800 Club is wonderful and the prices are reasonable when you wouldn't think they would be. The buffet is always really good and it's well taken care of the people that work there and work there pretty much most of the time it's been open and they're all really great.
If you leave disappointed it's your own fault!! Can't wait to return.
Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and was treated very well. Front desk is personable and willing to help any way they can. Housekeeping is amazing. They are so friendly and always ready and willing to attend to your needs. They do a fabulous job! The rooms are always clean and super comfy.
