The owners of the facility could do a lot more to maintain the facility and justify the price increase. The units are in need of minor repairs, the property drive needs dire repair and maintenance. The manager does the best he can to maintain the property with very little help from the owners! If it weren't for all the work the manager does, the facility would probably be forced out of business! (As apparently the manager cares more than the owner does)!
Even with the recent price increases, this is still the cheapest priced storage facility within a 40 mile radius. (Maybe more)! The manager is more than a business man, he become a very close friend of mine! An honest, friendly, Christian man with high values! Roger looks out for you and is quick to help whenever, wherever he can!
