Stopped in today to checkin a room and lashonda took good care of me .
I give public storage in Bossier City, Louisiana a five star rating because they always give good customer service by making sure all my needs are taken care of. The property manager Mrs. Shonda is always on top of any questions or concerns that I might have and she’s always available at the property if needed. The rest of the staff are also very nice and pleasant to deal with in person and over the phone. I would like to thank Mrs. Shonda and her staff at the Bossier City location for all their years of good customer service and positive attitudes.

I got to this location at 5:55pm when they close at 6pm... Instead of turning me away she took me as her last customer and I greatly appreciate it!! Thanks so much LaShonda!! You are amazing!!
