Just love the store for grands
I went there last night to return an item that was too small for my baby. The item was unworn and tag still attached to the merchandise. One of the managers and an employee, were very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I was unable to return or exchange my merchandise. They were apathetic…If you don't want to be there-quit. I WILL NOT be returning to this store again. I was prepared to spend more money at this store,but after this,they lost my business. I went to a competitor's store and purchased several items. The employees were friendly and said, items can be returned or exchanged with or without a receipt.
