It's a little small inside
I absolutely love this store! I always receive the best help and all the ladies are so friendly, I feel right at home every time I walk through those doors. I feel some prices are a little high but the quality of all of the clothes is amazing, and the clearance area is always full and great clothes and extremely good markdowns!! Don't hesitate to shop here. You won't regret it.

I have currently been standing outside of Torrid for 16 minutes in the cold rain because, even though they open at 11, they are still doing inventory and "can't let anyone in." I'm not sure the point of having an opening time is if you aren't going to let anyone in when you're open. Inventory should be done and completed before opening hours to prevent customers from having to wait in the cold rain for 20 minutes (it is not 11:18 and I'm still waiting).
Worse store ever! Management talks to you like you are stupid. Won't do refunds on clearance merchandise with a receipt!
I'm not impressed nor am I happy.
