They are very friendly n quick. When I call, they answer the phone!!! Before I started getting my medication from Kroger's, I thought the first thing they must teach pharmacist, is not to answer the phone
I absolutely LOVE this Pharmacy. The employees are all friendly and helpful and remember you by name. They always go out of their way to help. Its like the home town pharmacy I remember as a child!
UNACCEPTABLE! I just spent 20 minutes in the drive-through..... at the window, unacknowledged. Inside, numerous pharmacy customers were served.
If you’re in a hurry... don’t even bother with the drive thru here. Was the first one in line and waited 15 minutes AFTER being acknowledged twice and ringing the bell. They kept assisting customers at the counter and ignoring the drive thru. Had two people behind me who left and were obviously mad. FYI, I couldn’t go in because my two year old was sick and not feeling well. So thank you Kroger. Won’t be back.
