Now the Shreveport location is a mess. Most of the time do not pick up the phone. Or return your call. Ever ! Its okay clean . The staff is rude.
This is the best place to go to the doctor! I have been going there for 10 years I love the doctor's. And thay take very good care of you
My daughters doctor is wonderful. I love the pediatric department. I would give 1 star to the dental department they never answer calls, the staff up there is rude and one lady slammed a sliding window in my face. If you get a dental appointment here its three or four months away.
The Bossier office for pediatric is great! Cleaner, Nice staff wonderful New Doctor . nice waiting room.
The wait was a bit long but otherwise this was a good experience. The staff seem helpful and knowledgeable and I'm happy to have found my new provider.
