The store manager took care of the deadbolt lock and keys for me. I was in and out and received professional, courteous service!
My experience was a whirlwind. I had to go there three times, but I received some great customer service from a guy named Jeremy. He helped me out tremendously and offered great assistance.
I went in to purchase 1 gal of paint, a deadbolt lock and keys. The hardest part was trying to figure out which kind of paint I needed. Everyone was busy but the gentleman in the paint dept. who was working alone, acknowledged me and soon after, took care of me. Since I had a sample of what I wanted, he matched it perfectly and I was on my way.
Good service... high prices... some quality, but depends on what items.
Bossier, La has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Men were rude and didn't help, more worried about closing a section down than trying to help the customer that were standing in the section! Won't go back!
Eddie was extremely helpful but not quite sure he insisted we talk in a floor model bath tub though.
