Worked there for about a week as front cashier. Answering the phone was a nightmare because almost no customer is pleased with their service. I quit after realizing how little the owner cared about consumer satisfaction.

i honestly do not know where you all are going to get your mowers worked on but this place and the people that work here are wonderful! Being a business owner i deal with all sorts of negative people, what ive seen in the past few months from swan lake hardware has been nothing less than amazing... thank you to the man that works on my mowers and the customer service rep that is always friendly and so sweet. swan lake hardware is and will be the only place i take my equipment
This place is a freaking joke. Dropped off a weed eater for a tune up and to have an obvious gas leak fixed. I honestly could have done it myself but figured I'd let someone else do it because I didn't feel like it. The kept it a week and called and said it was ready. When I picked it up it still had the obvious gas leak, I figured it just needed to be wiped off, wrong! Got it home and tore it apart to find they had done nothing to it. The damn thing had never been tore apart. Lying bunch of missfits that need to be shut down! I highly suggest not bring your equipment to this incompetent shot!
This repair shop is a total rip-off. You have a warranty and they still charge you
