I have to admit that I am not the easiest person to sell to because I just can't make up my mind I LIKE EVERYTHING! I have had the pleasure of being helped by Pete Rodriguez both times and he understands my needs and is not pushy infact he takes the time to consult me to finally make the right decision. The furniture is great quality, the service at the store was exceptional, and the delivery service was good! They delivered at the time that was scheduled and carried the furniture carefully into my house. I would recommend Ashley home furniture to others.
From start to finish and even beyond that, Barbara was so courteous and friendly. She even helped accessorize my entire living area. She followed up every week until our furniture was delivered, since it took much longer than expected. It was well worth the wait, knowing she truly cared even after making the sell. Not many sales people offer the same care and concern as she did. I will continue using Ashley simply because of the great customer service she provided. If Ms. Barbara leaves the Bossier store, I will follow her to the next company. She's truly a jewel and I hope Ashley recognizes what they have in her as an employee!
