Great electronic store great varieties of tech products. Great place to go if you need a laptop or Bluetooth things. This is also a good store for outdoor tech.
This place is my favorite store for electronic gear, they have always helped me decide what is best and stood behind the products that i have bought there. The have extended warranties for everything you buy, and knowledgeable sales and tech support to help you make the right decisions about your electronic needs
Tried to buy car stereo equipment, and there is only ONE person who is permitted to open cabinets to sell in this department. It was my unlucky day apparently, because he was off, and they asked me to come back on a day that he was working. So save yourself some trouble and shop on Amazon. I got the exact same items, and saved $20!
We went there today at noon or a little before and waited over 30 minutes for someone to wait on us and sell us two cell phones. We had an employee come up and ask is where we interested in phones and another sales person said no I'm waiting on them even though he was busy with other customers. He turned away sales people so we never got any help and we walked out of the store. We don't have any plans of ever returning to the Bossier Best Buy again.
Really great service and the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Not as big as a lot of other stores but this one is very modern.
