Our experience was very pleasant and professional and we truly could not have made a better choice in a vendor. It is clear that Shane takes absolute pride in his work and is so precise and professional. We don't have a single complaint and were SO pleased.
They ruined my daughters 16th birthday party. Everyone at the party left before the cake was available for pick up. For our trouble they took $30 off the cake. When I said the red velvet cake did not taste like red velvet, and the white with raspberry filling had no filling. When I complained about it. I was told that's the way twice cakes are makes.

There are no words to describe the talent, precision, and creativity that we received when we chose Silver Palate as our wedding cake vendor.
