Friendly service, great selection, and of course, they had exactly what I was in need of for my German Short-Haired Pointer!
The process to get checked out is slow. The workers push to sale their pet health plan thus slowing the checkout process greatly.
However, the support staff was not that great. The lady who took my dog back, pulled on his little neck because he would not follow her. He was scared and she tried to force him into compliance. The office manager was also a pain. I had to inform her I wouldn't be returning to that office and informing their cooperate office about her behavior before she would stop and listen to what I was saying.
Used the vet service..... must say, the vet was very friendly. She seemed to really care about the wellbeing of my dog.
I went to this vet, thinking I could get quick quality care at a reasonable price. The vet office piecemeals the service which does NOT result in a cheaper visit. To get an adult 20lb dog his annual shots, nails clipped and 6 months of heartworm prevention I spent $250.00
We take our Lhasa to get groomed here and they always do a good job and our dog loves going.
The office did call the next day to check on my dog. I appreciated the gesture to check on him.
Once again, I will say, I liked the vet but did not like the way the office staff interacted with my dog. It was NOT cheaper than my regular vet. I will probably simply use my regular vet in the future. If I were simply to make the review about the vet, she would get 5 stars. It is the process and the office staff that brings the rating down.
