Very neat and clean
It is a quiet neighborhood. No loud partying or rowdy neighbors. It's almost like uou are not living in the city because it's so quiet, but you are. I have lived here for almost 5 years, and I am happy here.
I love it here. Follow the rules, you will have no problems. Simple as that.
