The ladies and gentleman that run this post office are always friendly and great to deal with. They get slammed everyday around closing time, and they always give great service. If you can, do them a favor and come early!
The most helpful and friendly staff I have dealt with! I give them a five cause there's no more stars! They were awesome to everyone that came thru the door! I'm very pleased!!
Why would your mailman report that the package has been delivered when in fact it is not yet delivered. This is not the first time this happened. For today's delivery November 29, 2017, it says delivered at 12:50 pm to mail room, but it is already 2:16 pm as I write this and it is still not there.
They will not pick up my mail. I have had it out in the mailbox for a week and no one will stop to pick it up, I've even tried to wave him down and he just ignores me and keeps going. Does anyone know the number to call and make a complaint?
I send packages regularly and Bossier City Post Office (Benton Spur) is always quick and easy. I just got off the phone with the most helpful service clerk. I didn't get his name but he was patient with me and kind. Great staff!
