Did a good job with carpet, though had left water on hardwood floors that I cleaned up so floors would not be stained. Also, company's van had oil leak and left oil stain on drive way. Recommend company periodically checks vehicle mechanical conditions so if it's leaking oil for vehicle to park on street and not on driveway to avoid oil stains.
Extremely satisfied customer here! I previously used a more well-known company and refused to ever use them again so I decided to find a more local personal company. I found them! I have already told all my family and friends to consider using Blue Carpet & Tile Cleaning next time they need their floors cleaned. He was very courteous and professional and much cheaper than the more well-known company. It's been a couple of weeks and my carpet is not showing any traffic stains from residue left behind like the other company did. Thumbs up for Blue Carpet & Tile Cleaning!
I would like to highly recommend this company. They were $80 cheaper than Stanley Steamer and they sealed the grout on my tile for free. Greg the tech who did it was professional and on time. Every room except my kitchen is carpet. My carpet looks like new and we have a dog and a kid. My wife and I very pleased!

We are so happy with the job that Greg did on our carpet ! He was very knowledgeable, professional and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. Called and set up an appt for the same morning. Super nice lady helped set up the time and take my info. Greg called to let me know he was on the way. Showed up 15 minutes later. Was very professional and checked out the carpet with me and he suggested his thoughts to best clean it. We needed one bedroom carpet cleaned and in a hurry. 30 minutes later he was done and the carpet looked great.
