I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Waiting 3MONTHS FOR A REPAIR IS UTTERLY INSANE!!!
My fiancee purchased my diamond engagement ring here. I noticed that the quad setting was chiped, and not to mention they put the wrong size diamond in a setting on the side of the band. so I took the ring in for a repair on 10/21/2016, the sales associate told me the PROMISSORY date would be 11/21\2016, however when I went to pick it up, I was then told it would be another 2 weeks!!! On 12/02/2016 I just called to see if it has came in, only to be told that it's going to be an ADDITIONAL MONTH!! Making It sometime in January of 2017!!!
POOR POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!
