Geico has the best prices and customer satisfaction, hands down...
I was with Geico for almost 3 years until last month when I switched companies. I went online a few months back to see if I bought a truck how much insurance would be on it. Well it added the truck and changed my rate, the same day I deleted it from my policy and my rate did not go back to where it originally was. Then it was saying it would be $200 more because it added my son whom is 15 as a licensed driver. I then had to PROVE that he only had a permit. ??????? After I proved that my policy STILL was not the same price it was. I was still being charged $50 more a month. It never went back to normal. So I changed to Progressive. Now they want me to pay $274.00 ?????? For what? I paid you in advance for my policy each month. THEY CHARGE YOU TO CANCEL. Never in my life have I ever had an insurance company charge you a bill AFTER canceling. I work for a car dealership and I used to recommend Geico. I have helped our customers go online and sign up with Geico. NO MORE !!
