Mother got admitted for pneumonia by her physician. The hospitalist seeing her at WK Bossier Keep asking, why she was there? The physician that is the hospitatlist at WK Bossier saw that she had in her lungs but told her that he wasn't sure why she was there and discharged her the next day. She is struggling now to overcome pneumonia now. Staff was unfriendly & physicians that are the hospitalist are not competent doctors.
Nice looking and clean. Offices closed on the weekend. Why????? I drove for 20 minutes only to find they were closed. Just as bad as govt. workers.
I was in and out within 20 minutes! Fastest emergency room visit I have ever encountered! Great job guys
Been here since Monday on the 3rd floor. While there are some that are very nice and helpful. Others could care less. They give you guest meals one day the next nothing. What happen to being hospitable to patient and their care giver. Not happy
I got a bad vomiting and diarrhea virus Sat, Nov 18. My husband was out of town and had to call an ambulance. I was dehydrated and kept passing out. I have a history of kidney failure and heart problems. I was put in a room. I asked for some socks and a warm blanket. I was told they didnt have any. I asked repeatedly for 3 hours for an IV, blanket and socks. I was told they were busy and only had 1 doctor. I asked them why dont you call a physician in. I finally got in touch with my Mother-In-Law and asked her to come get me and take me to another hospital. I was told they wouldnt let me leave I needed to see a doctor. I said when next year. I asked to speak to the Charge Nurse, I was told they were both busy I asked to speak to the Administrator on Duty. I finally got an iv and medication after waiting 3 1/2 hours was stuck 12 times in total and have bruises on my arms. Some of those were from the responders and And some from the hospital staff. I was so dehydrated they couldnt get a good vein. My MIL asked for some socks and a blanket and they remarkably appeared even a warm blanket. Whats interesting I kept hearing them laughing and discussing Thanksgiving plans over and over. I know this is not an insurance issue because my Insurance is great, deductible met and I am at 100 Percent. I know this isnt a race issue because I am white and wealthy. I have many friends that are physicians and this is not normal behavior. Its a issue of incompetence all the way. If you value your heath go somewhere else.
