Terrible delivery experience. Did not assemble expensive gas oven even though it was represented as and priced for assembled delivery. Delivery crew refused to level the refrigerator. The Microwave was dropped at delivery and store did not have a replacement in stock - had to order from GE.
We bought fans and granite from their now defunct operation in Tyler, TX. Its clear now why they are out of business. Fans all rattle and the granite installers refused to reinstall our kitchen sink. Finally the salesman came and reinstalled the faucet. I refused to pay until it was done. Very poor service, in fact horrible service after the sale, poor quality and over priced products. Don't do business with these people. If I could give ) stars I would.
Purchased appliances that were delivered promptly and without issue. I shop frequently in the Home Interiors and am always completely satisfied with the assistance provided with choosing the right decor pull my home together!
