Outstanding!!! The owner/instructor is great. You know when someone loves and believes in what they are doing and Tina is awesome! I encourage everyone to stop in and see what I mean for themselves....especially the men who don't think of yoga as "macho". This is one of the best ways to increase flexibility and strength long term. That means you stay healthier and mobile longer in life and get to make the most it. Don't putnitnoff any longer....come see Tina!!!
