Very nice people but the flowers I received were not fresh cut by any means the water was dirty and several of the flowers were dead. It looked as though they just sent something they had left over that they needed to get rid of.
I'm from Canada and was looking to send my boyfriend, who is temporarily in Louisiana, some flowers and chocolates for his birthday. His birthday was yesterday and I found out they sent the flowers one day early; I didn't mind, he was surprised none the less! He told me that as an apology for sending them early, they were going to send another flower arrangement the following day with chocolates as well! Both arrangements were beautiful and I was told the chocolates were delicious :) That's what I call amazing customer service! If I ever need to order flowers in that area again, without a doubt I would order from them!

I had only a base idea of what I wanted. I gave them my general thoughts and let them run with it. They delivered on time, came up with something much better than I could have planned, and were genuinely helpful and sincere the entire time I was in contact with them. Great place!
