I came in for a check up and zoom whitening. I couldn't have been more pleased! Dr. Lafont and his staff were so nice, professional, and efficient.
Dr. Lafont was very professional and has a great personality. He was able to show me my X-rays and discuss that I need a filling done. The office has televisions in every room which they can project your records and X-rays onto. It helped me to be able to see exactly what he was referring to. I could tell he was very qualified, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will definitely go back to continue treatment with Dr. Lafont. Thank you Aspen Dental. It's great to have a dental office that is so wonderful and affordable in Bossier City.
Barb, the hygienist, gave me an exam and everything turned out to be in great condition. She and Tara both did my zoom whitening. My teeth look beautiful and my gums were completely protected thanks to them. They even dimmed the lights so I could doze off during the process.
Tara, Dr. Lafont's assistant did my X-rays. She made the process painless and quick. She got every one on the first try which I have not always had happen. You could tell she knew exactly how to place the equipment so that she got the image perfect every time.
This was the best dental visit in my life the people really care and they take time to explain what u don't understand for anyone who has had the nightmares this was the dream treatment
They are a great bunch of people very professional plus friendly. I couldn't have picked a better place to go. They make you feel very comfortable while you are there and answers every question you have.
I visited 2 other Dental Offices before coming here and the experience that I had at Aspen Dental was incredible, Unlike the previous Dental Offices that I visited, The staff at Aspen Dental had great customer service, they were very informing and detailed.
