When you walk into the church you are always greeted by people who are happy to see you. Everyone has always made me feel welcome. I feel like this church excepts me for who I am and where I am in my spiritual walk. I have never felt judged. Even when I mess up they are just there to help you get back up and stay on the right track. It is very versatile and loving of everyone. It's a place where race doesn't matter. The messages preached by the pastor are always great! He opens the word and helps you under stand the true meaning of what the Bible is saying. Like the song says "No place I'd rather be!!"
The Church is culturally diverse; filled with friendly and loving people, who love to come together in fellowship and worship. We have been driving 46 miles on Wednesdays and Sundays to hear the inspiring teaching and preaching of Pastor Hehnke for several years now.

New Life Worship Center is a picture of what heaven will look like, a wonderfully diverse group of people of all races worshipping the Lord. Who would've thought that could happen in the South? Pastor Ron Hehnke, that's who!! This is the nicest, most loving group of people that my family has had the pleasure of knowing and we truly enjoy learning about the Lord and the fellowship. We were looking for a church home 3 years ago. Upon our first visit at New Life, we were greeted by loving people, giving us a sense of comfort felt when reuniting with old friends; we made lasting friendships. Also, that night, we were spiritually fed with fresh manna from God's Word. Driving home after service we experienced peace, and had a feeling of belonging to the New Life family. This exciting first time visit, as well as the life changing teachings of God's word and biblical principles has drawn us back. After attending 3 years, each trip has been as rewarding as the first!
