Love going through the wash, it reminds me of being a kid
Since Zips took over Snappy Suds I've notice a decline in quality. The service is still there with the employees that work there but the place seemed to have downgraded some. I still have a membership here and still enjoy having my truck washed here.
When it was snappy scrubs the prep wash brush was a nice soft and long bristled. The fluid was also fresh. After Zips took over the wash, the fluid looks like dirty water and the brush always appears squashed flat and now is a nasty tough bristle brush. I’ve also noticed they no longer go over the back of the car before entering the wash. I’m not happy with the change. I’m giving 2 stars because my car is less dirty that when I arrive, otherwise the brand appears to offer substandard service.

I rate the whole place a 3.25/5. Decent people. I bought the $16 car wash paid with $20 cash. Had to go in to get my $4 back after the wash. I liked the lighting and the general experience. Didn't get my vehicle completely clean but I haven't had my car washed in 3 months so they did a decent job with what I paid for. Dryers didn't perform as hoped. But overall not the worst car wash experience.
