The best rental car service I've received ever! Over a two week period, I needed Hertz rental cars for personal use. The staff are always supportive, caring and are willing to assist you in any way possible.
Very good rental experience! I've always liked Hertz better than the others because of their long reputation.
My husband rented a vehicle from Josh Land. We had the car for a weekend and was to return it on Monday. We decided to keep it for the rest of the week until Friday. We called ahead of time on Monday and he told us that it would be an additional 200+ dollars. He said he ad our information on file and that we did not need to come back up to their office. Car was due back on Friday by 4:00p.m. I was there at 3:45 to turn in the keys. Days later we were charged $454 because the car was late. Josh Land never recorded that we were keeping it another week. So because of that we were charged double what we should have been and we did not get the deposit back. They have been giving us the run around for weeks now!! Josh won't even take our phone calls. This is evil. If you made a mistake and forgot own up to it. Correct it. This is not how management should do business.
